To keep you informed and to make everything look easier, I will provide you ten steps to lose weight. These are the simple ways but most times people forget about them. Let’s start from the first:

  1. Cook and eat foods in your home. You heard it right! Restaurants (whether they look clean and safe or not) do not care about your health. They cook to make a living. They cook to make your tongue jumping with all the tasty foods but they do not put many fresh vegetables and enough carbohydrate on your plate. Try to cook yourself so you can control your own body.
  2. Don’t assume that fat is not different with weight. If you lose 5 pounds, it does not mean you have lost 5 pounds fat. If you lose water due to dehydration or sweating, you will still lose weight. To burn fat, you need some proper exercises.
  3. Replace your unhealthy snacks with the healthy ones. Do not buy any useless snacks like potato chips. I think you need to eat fruits like apples or oranges. Eat them, better than juices.
  4. Don’t forget breakfast and don’t replace your breakfast with cereals too often. Cereals are good but you need to eat proper meal like when you eat during lunch and dinner. Some people even forget about breakfast, this is not good. Remember that everyone must eat at least three times per day.
  5. Sweet drinks are dangerous, you must remember this. Many of us think sweet drinks won’t boost our weight but (ironically) it does.  Even without sugar, drinks like instant coffee and milk could boost our weight a little bit. Yeah, a little bit. But imagine if you drink at least one product per day.
