Brown rice is a wonderful and natural thing that can help you with your dieting plan. Asian (particularly Chinese and Southeast Asian) usually eat brown rice and even some of them do not want if there is no rice on their plate. Well, just remember to buy brown rice and not white rice. In Indonesia, most people already get used to eat white rice. But if you don’t know, brown rice is much more nutritious than white rice.
