Can delicious foods ruin your physical appearance? Of course we understand that some kinds of foods (let’s say cakes, fast food, steaks) can really ruin your belly as well as your face. They can make you fatter and unattractive. But not all delicious foods are as poor as that. Some of them actually can boost your metabolic rate and can also make you feel full. What’s better than delicious foods which can help us to fight our obesity?

  • Fishes -> almost all kinds of fishes are extremely healthy. Unfortunately, industrialization make fishes in big cities are not fresh anymore. If you live near the coast, you must be lucky because almost all fishes there are being sold soon after they capture those fishes. Fishes contain protein and non saturated fats. Delicious and healthy, what else?
  • Fibre -> beans, bread, bran, etc. are full of fibre as long as they are not processed foods. Fibre is important and the latest survey from USA even showed that more than 70% of humans do not eat enough fibre. Lack of fibre means slower metabolic rate and more risks of being attacked by diseases. Are they delicious? Beans and breads are good enough, I think.   • Nuts – Yep, you read it. Nuts can be found in almonds or walnuts. Not only nutritious but nuts usually are also rich in fibre. Well, I’m not talking about nuts inside chocolate bars but real nuts, real fruits. They can help you to avoid the temptations from sweet-but-unhealthy snacks. Eat a spoonful of nuts everyday. Not only delicious but good for your weight management.
