These days fitness equipment is much more effective than traditional exercises like run or jog. Hit on a treadmill for around 20 minutes every day. Normally you will only lose 2% of your time for fitness but you will not only lose your weight but make your muscles much stronger!

Next tip is to jump using mini-trampoline. You heard it right. Play with mini-trampoline just like the kids back in 90s. I think all tv shows (not including online tv) show about 20-25 minutes of advertisements in each of 1 hour show/movie. During those 20-25 minutes, jump on your trampoline. It really helps because you will strengthen all your body muscles. Hence, you will lose your body fat faster. Don’t say you don’t have enough time to exercising because I have told you that you can do these things during your “free” time between your free times.
