Lose Weight During Holidays

Lose weight during holidays is not an easy case. Usually we spend all of our money to buy new gifts for our families and friends. We also often eat too many foods and forget about our daily sport activities. This trend seems unstoppable due to people’s tradition since a long time ago.
So every December and summer, people start forgetting their diet plans and try to focus more on “entertainment” and “prestige”. This is annoying. Holiday is one of the main reasons why many people are still fat. Imagine that you’ve lost 20-30 pounds after some “busy” months then you gain 10 pounds just in 1 month. That’s life. Maybe you never experienced this but I have seen many people who already lost some pounds due to their exercises but they gained weight again during the holiday period.

Well, I don’t teach you to stay away from holiday tradition. Buying gifts for your beloved ones is one important activity. But it doesn’t mean you need to forget your dieting process and simply eat more foods than your normal proportion. You must evaluate your social habits and learn to say “no” if someone offers you a tasty food or ask you to eat lots of high-calories foods.

Tell them that you are still in a dieting process, they would understand. You must also remember to stay away from alcohol. Usually we love to get into the party during the holiday period but party doesn’t need alcohol. If you can stay away from alcohol and learn to say “no” when someone offers you to take lots of foods, you could still lose some weight in December or summer. I also think you should use natural herbal products so your dieting process during holidays would be faster.
