Set Your Goals

Losing weight will be nothing without setting your goals. To be honest, you won't be able to reach anything if you don't have any plans to do. If you want to lose weight, set your goals. Take a look at yourself and say "I want to lose 5 pounds in the first month". If you fail to achieve your goal, then it doesn't mean the end of the world. You could reflect on the mirror and ask yourself why you fail to achieve your own target. You can beat them and you can lose weight much faster than them if only you have goals. So it's extremely important to know your goals.

Everytime you see obese man/woman, what do you think of them? You probably think they are lazy but you are wrong. They are not lazy, I bet they have been trying as hard as they can to lose weight. So what is the problem? Because they don't have any goals, whether it's short-term or long-term. When they lose one or two pounds, they will be glad and they suddenly come back to their old habit.
