The biggest part in weight loss (as you may already know) is our foods. Yep, foods such as broccoli and spinach are extremely important and could decide your future. Of course you do not need to live by eating only broccoli and other veggies but you should include them into your eating plans.
According to famous diet programs such as Medifast1 or Bistro MD, our meal plan must have at least 40% of vegetables (the other 30% is for fat and the other 30% is for carb). Even some doctors recommend their patients to eat only veggies and fats at lunch. Then at dinner, they’ll eat veggies and carbohydrates (no fat at all). By doing this, you’ll increase your metabolic rate (hopefully).
Weight loss is all about health. Even though most people joined diet program because they wanted to look slimmer and better, but actually weight loss is all about health. There are various programs that can help you to lose weight temporarily but then it will risk your health in long run. Don’t ever join this kind of program. In the end, health is more important.
