Weight Loss Surgery
Weight loss surgery becomes one of the main answers for weight loss enigma. Yep, now it’s easy to find a person who has underwent surgery. Sadly, survey proves that more than 60% of people who ever done a surgery would come back in the future to go for another surgery. Of course this is not good but this is the truth.
This is happening because surgery won’t change your lifestyle at all. So once you lose weight, you are not ready to get used with a “slimmer” person’s lifestyle. Nevertheless, you can expect for a better healthy lifestyle in long period of time if you can suddenly change your habits. But in order to do this, you need a very high dedication.
The most popular weight loss surgery is gastric bypass surgery. Undoubtedly gastric bypass surgery is the most famous surgical procedure on this Earth. But once again, despite gastric bypass surgery has helped lots of people, usually the patients will come back one day to perform another surgery because they gained their weight back after their unhealthy habit. This is a good story for doctors but of course not for us.
Weight loss surgery itself actually has some risks involved within it. You must understand that all diet programs, whether it uses pills or surgery, are not always effective for us. For weight loss surgery, even around 40% of its patients have experienced bleeding and respiratory problems. Well, some hospitals now even reconsider their weight loss surgery programs because they have low success rate.
Personally, I don’t agree if you take a weight loss surgery program unless if you really need it. A natural diet pill can help you but ONLY if you change your lifestyle and eating habit as well. So in the end, what matter most is your determination. Forget what others said about you, just focus with your goal in long term which is to change your habits.
